Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the Telecommunications Users and Consumers Advisory Committee (TUCAC) are as follows:-

To advise the Director-General of Communications on:

1. the development, provision and maintenance of telecommunication services from the consumer and user perspective to ensure that a high quality of service is provided at reasonable prices and that a choice of a wide range of services and operators is available; and
2. the education of, and dissemination of information to, consumers and users of telecommunication services so that maximum benefits can be derived.
