The 2025 Radio Frequency Co-ordination Meeting between the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong was held in Shantou from 25 to 26 November 2025. At the meeting, Mr Esmond Chiu, Deputy Director-General of Communications (Telecommunications) and Mr Bo Xu, Deputy Director-General of Bureau of Radio Regulation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology led the discussion on a number of topics in relation to frequency co-ordination of telecommunications and broadcasting services.
