OFCA and the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) held a bilateral meeting in Hong Kong on 26 January 2026. The two delegations, led respectively by Mr Chaucer Leung, Director-General of Communications, and Mr Chenda Thong, Chairman of the TRC, shared the latest developments in the telecommunications markets as well as measures to combat phone scams in both jurisdictions. After the meeting, OFCA and TRC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a view to strengthening the collaboration in tackling scam and spam communications.
