OFCA's staff members participated in a volunteer programme "Elderly Visit and Rice Delivery Service" organised by the Social Services Section of the YMCA of Hong Kong on 1 April and 3 June 2017. They paid home visits and delivered rice to the elderly living alone in Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate to show care and concern for them.
