"Be Smart and Safe When Using Mobile Devices” Mobile Phone Wall Paper Design Competition Successfully Completed

Thanks to the support of the participating schools and students, the “Be Smart and Safe When Using Mobile Devices” Mobile Phone Wall Paper Design Competition (the Competition) was successfully completed. The Competition was held from 1 September to 31 December 2015 with enthusiastic responses from schools and students. We received a total of 1,200 entries from some 40 primary and secondary schools during the Competition period, among which 12 winners of different awards and the most supportive school were selected.

The Award Presentation Ceremony of the Competition was held on 9 March 2016 at the headquarters of OFCA. Ms Elizabeth Tai, Deputy Director-General (Broadcasting), officiated at the Ceremony. Representatives of the supporting organisations, including Ms Isabel Chan, Chairperson of the Federation of Parent-Teacher Associations of Kowloon City District and Ms Lisa Chan, Secretary of Hong Kong Society for Education in Arts, also attended the Ceremony to present awards to the winners.
