OFCA has been actively participated in overseas seminars and conferences for experience exchanges with our counterparts and to keep abreast of the latest technology developments. On 9 July 2014, OFCA’s representatives participated in a seminar with the theme on “Assignment of Spectrum – Does One Size Fit All?” jointly organised by the International Institute of Communications and Thailand National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission in Bangkok. The seminar brought together highly experienced international experts in spectrum assignment policies to study the success and failure of different spectrum assignment models. We also had a useful exchange with the worldwide experts on the spectrum assignment policy and practices adopted in Hong Kong.
