One-stop e-Application Portal

Introduction

A one-stop e-application portal has been established for applications to Office of the Communications Authority related to licence / permit / certificate, which provides a single point of access for applicants to handle all application-related matters. The key features of the portal include:

• User account registration and logon with iAM Smart
• Online licence application submission
• Online application status tracking

The portal will be implemented by stages. Currently, the portal covers the following licences:

• Private Mobile Radio System Licence
• Private Radio Paging System Licence
• Radio Dealers Licence (Unrestricted)
• Radiocommunications School Licence
• Radiodetermination and Conveyance of Commands, Status and Data Licence
• Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) Licence
• Self-Provided External Telecommunications System (SPETS) Licence
• Ship Station Licence on Hong Kong Ship
• Taxi Radiocommunications Service Licence
• Wide Band Link and Relay Station Licence
