TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunications Network Services Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited, PCCW-HKT International Limited and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited (collectively referred to as "the Company") hereby publishes the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services with effect from 22nd January 2001.

  Home Select with PhoneMail is a service package with six features and a Residential Direct Exchange Line (RDEL), i.e. Call Waiting, Conference Calling, Caller Display, Block-The-Blocker, Music On Hold and PhoneMail.
- Note 3 :
  Home Select 1 is a service package with eleven features and a Residential Direct Exchange Line (RDEL), i.e. Abbreviated Dialing, Duplex Ringing, Call Waiting I & II, Do-Not-Disturb, Call Security, Conference Calling, Follow Me, Appointment Service, Caller Display, Block-The-Blocker and Music On Hold.
- Note 4 :
  Home Select 1 with PhoneMail is a service package with twelve features and a Residential Direct Exchange Line (RDEL), i.e. Abbreviated Dialing, Duplex Ringing, Call Waiting I & II, Do-Not-Disturb, Call Security, Conference Calling, Follow Me, Appointment Service, Caller Display, Block-The-Blocker, Music On Hold and PhoneMail.
- Note 5 :
  Home Select 2 is a service package with thirteen features and a Residential Direct Exchange Line (RDEL), i.e. Call Waiting I & II, Follow Me, Abbreviated Dialing, Appointment Service, Do-Not-Disturb, Duplex Ringing, Conference Calling, Call Security, Fax Support Service, Access to Advanced Fax Service, Caller Display, Block-The-Blocker and Music On Hold.
- Note 6 :
  Home Select 2 with PhoneMail is a service package with fourteen features and a Residential Direct Exchange Line (RDEL), i.e. Call Waiting I & II, Follow Me, Abbreviated Dialing, Appointment Service, Do-Not-Disturb, Duplex Ringing, Conference Calling, Call Security, Fax Support Service, Access to Advanced Fax Service, Caller Display, Block-The-Blocker, Music On Hold and PhoneMail.
- Note 7 :
  Visual Home Select 1 is a bundle of Home Select and Interactive Call Waiting.
- Note 8 :
  Visual Home Select 2 is a bundle of Home Select with PhoneMail, Interactive Call Waiting and Visual PhoneMail.
- Note 9 :
  Visual Home Select 3 is a bundle of Home Select 1 and Interactive Call Waiting.
- Note 10 :
  Visual Home Select 4 is a bundle of Home Select 1 with PhoneMail, Interactive Call Waiting and Visual PhoneMail.
- Note 11 :
  Business Select is a service package with three features and a Business Direct Exchange Line (BDEL), i.e. Call Waiting, Call Forwarding Bundle and Caller Display.

BUSINESS TELEPHONE SERVICES VOLUME DISCOUNT SCHEME
SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Volume Discount Scheme is available to each customer of PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited ("PCCW-HKTC") subject to these Special Conditions and the General Conditions of Service applicable to PCCW-HKT International Limited, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited ("General Conditions").


*1. Scope of Business Telephone Services Volume Discount Scheme*
	1.1. *2. Basis for determining applicable tariff tier*
	2.1.	All accounts under the same customer number (i.e. the first 8 digits of the account number are the same) can be aggregated to determine the applicable tariff tier to which the customer is entitled.
	2.2.	The customer may apply to have the accounts of its subsidiaries included in the determination of applicable tariff tier if one or more of the following conditions is fulfilled: The first 8 digits of the subsidiary?s account number are the same as those of the customer?s account number; The customer demonstrates to the satisfaction of PCCW-HKTC that it controls more than half of the issued voting shares of the subsidiary; or The customer demonstrates to the satisfaction of PCCW-HKTC that it holds more than half of the issued share capital of the subsidiary.
	2.3.	The customer must on the request of PCCW-HKTC provide all information required by PCCW-HKTC evidencing that a company is a subsidiary of the customer.
	2.4.	The customer must give PCCW-HKTC no less than 7 working days prior written notice of any proposed changes to its list of accounts and such changes will take effect from a date agreed between the customer and PCCW-HKTC.
*3. Volume Discount Scheme*
	3.1.	Each of the line categories mentioned in paragraph 1.1 will be measured independently in determining the applicable tariff tier of the customer.
	3.2.	The applicable tariff tier for each line type is determined by the total number of lines subscribed by the customer within that line category.
	3.3.	The line profile of the customer as of 1 day before the billing date of each month will be used for the determination of the customer?s applicable tariff tier for the immediately following month.
	3.4.	If a customer subscribes to (a) new line(s) referred to in paragraph 1.1, subject to 3.2, the applicable tariff tier for that new line(s) (if any) will be effective from its/their service available date; the resulting applicable tariff tier for the existing lines will be effective from the billing date of the immediately following month.
	3.5.	If a customer disconnects (a) line(s) referred to in paragraph 1.1, the disconnection refund will be calculated in accordance with the pre-disconnection applicable tariff tier shown on the advance payment bill. Should the disconnection results in a change of the customer?s applicable tariff tier, the new applicable tariff tier for the remaining lines within the line category will be effective from the billing date of the immediately following month.
*4. General*
	4.1.	In the event that there is any conflict between the General Conditions and these Special Conditions, these Special Conditions will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
	4.2.	The Special Conditions are available in English and in Chinese. The English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence
Telecommunication Ordinance (Chapter 106)

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited, PCCW-HKT International Limited and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited (the Company) hereby publishes the following revision to its Special Conditions of "Business IDD Promotion" with effect from 1st February 2001.

Clauses 1.2, 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 of the Special Conditions are deleted and the following substituted :


"1.2	The Promotion will operate from 1st February 2001 to 31st March 2001 ("Promotion Period").
