OFCA - Tariffs of Fixed Network Operators

New T&T Hong Kong Limited ("New T&T") hereby publishes the following revision to existing Tariffs, General Terms and Conditions of Service and new services pursuant to its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence which are effective immediately.


Revision to Existing Tariffs
1.   Direct Plus Service

    • $56.00 for a hunt group of 6 to 10 exchange lines
    • $56.00 for each additional 10 lines in addition to the first 10 lines in the same hunt group
    • One2One Conference Calling:

5. IDD007 Service


IDD007 is available to mobile telephones* registered with New T&T for access to the IDD007 service.


Special Condition: Customers registered for IDD007 service access by mobile telephone shall be required to provide a security deposit as specified by New T&T or a direct debit authorisation for charges incurred in relation to IDD007 service.

    • Currendy available for users of CSL's 1010/One2Free GSM network, Hutchison's GSM network and P Plus' PCS network. Further extension will be announced from time to time.


New Service


LANGuard and RemoteGuard services


LANGuard and RemoteGuard services are included in the Secure Communication Networks (SCN) services portfolio. LANGuard service allows Customers to secure their LAN-to-LAN or remote LAN access transmissions as they pass through the Network. RemoteGuard service allows Customers to send their dial-up transmissions as they pass through the Network. SCN Services require use of SCN Terminal units. The minimum subscription for the service and rental period for SCN Terminal unit is 3 months. The Special Conditions applicable to SCN services shall apply.

Revision to General Terms and Conditions of Service


A new clause 4.7 is inserted which reads as follows:

"The Customer shall indemnify and hold New T&T harmless from all claims or any loss or damage suffered or incurred by New T&T arising from any breach of his or her obligations under this Contract and against all other claims or any loss or damage suffered or incurred by New T&T in connection with any negligent act or omission of the Customer in connection with the use of the Services."


All other charges and conditions in the Tariffs and General Terms and Conditions of Service shall remain unchanged.


All the above Services are subject to New T&T's General Terms and Conditions of Service.
