Gazette No.: 4/2001 Published on 23 Jan 2001 FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 106) Hutchison Global Crossing Limited In accordance with General Conditions 20 of its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence, Hutchison Global Crossing ("HGC") hereby publishes the tariffs of HGC Broadband Services and the Service Terms and Conditions under which HGC will provide the following telecommunications services to customers with effect from 23rd January, 2001. Service Name 10Mbps Ethernet Link Service Description 10Mbps Ethernet Links is a point-to-point broadband communication service at a bandwidth of 10Mbps. The service includes the provision of a standard interface at each of the subscriber ends in compliance with IEEE 802.3. Service Charges 　 Monthly Rental Charge Installation/External Removal Charge¹ Internal Removal Charge² 10Mbps Ethernet Link (First 20Km cable distance between 2 customers’ locations) HK16,800 HK12,000 HK8,000 Each additional 10Km HK6,000 HK$8,000 ---------- Remarks: The tariff above is charged per end of interface and all figures shown are in Hong Kong dollar. The provisioning lead time is 6 months from the date of order confirmation between customer and HGC. Service availability is subject to HGC's network resources and coverage current from time to time. Minimum subscription period is 12 months. Any additional distance in excess of 20Km (between the 2 customer's locations) is charged in steps of 10Km. Notes for Part B: 1External Removal Charge means removal charge outside the building 2Internal Removal Charge means removal charge within the same building * Charges for installation, connection and removal are for normal HGC business working hours -------------------- Unless otherwise specified, all services are subject to HGC's General and Special Terms and Conditions current from time to time.
