FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20 of Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence, SmarTone Broadband Services Limited hereby publishes the following revisions in service names, service feature and the terms and conditions of the following telecommunications services.

1.
Change of Service Names

Existing Service Name Revised Service Name

1. BizLan 3M 1. BizLan Gold

2. BizLan 1.5M 2. BizLan Diamond

2. Change of Service Feature for BizLan Gold and Diamond Services

The storage size of each e-mail account is revised from 5MB to 10MB.

3. Revision to the Terms and Conditions For Broadband Services (personal/residential and corporate)

Clause 3.2 is deleted and the following substituted:

'The Customer shall have the right to change his own Password and/or the Password of any of the Subsidiary Account User. SmarTone may at the request of the Customer assist the Customer in setting the Password(s).'

Modem rental
On-site maintenance support
