LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20(2) of the Fixed Telecommunications Network Services Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited ("the Company") hereby publishes the revised tariff of its following service with effect from 1st April 2001.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20(2) of the Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS) Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited (referred to as "the Company") hereby publishes the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following services with effect from 2nd April 2001.

Note: -
- Both upstream and downstream speed will operate in best-effort mode. Upstream refers to data flow from customer premises equipment to the Companynetwork and downstream is data flow from the Company network to customer premises equipment.
- There is no usage charge for the service.
- VPN management for end-to-end CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) will be provided for those CPE recommended by the Company only.
- Reconfiguration refers to change of line speed among the symmetric service.
General Conditions
- The symmetric service is essentially limited to buildings within the Company's MegaLink VPN Symmetric Service Building Rollout Schedule. Even where a building is within the Company's MegaLink VPN Symmetric Service Building Rollout Schedule, the symmetric service may not be available if there are technical or other resource limitations. In these circumstances, provision of the service is at the sole discretion of the Company.
- For buildings not included in the Company's MegaLink VPN Symmetric Service Building Rollout Schedule, the minimum quantity requirement for the service will be 5 ends per building and will be subject to General Condition 1 above.
- Termination of the service after expiry of the minimum service period shall be at least one month notice in advance.
Service Delivery Time
Delivery lead time for MegaLink VPN CE symmetric service is 28 days upon receipt of order, subject to availability of fiber cable and Blockwiring within customer premises. Otherwise, the length of the delivery lead time will be agreed between customers and the Company.
Minimum Service Period
The minimum service period of the service is 3 months.

電訊條例（第一○六章）
根據固定電訊網絡服務牌照服務總則第二十條的規定，香港電話有限公司(下稱「公司」）謹此公佈下列修改的「密密傾電話卡服務優惠」之特別條款，並於2001年4月1日起生效。
特別條款1.2 所載的內容將被刪除，並由下列條款替代：
" 1.2 推廣優惠於2001年4月1日至2001年4月30日期間生效 （下稱「優惠期」）。"
由本公司提出有關特別條款的其他內容均不變。

"1.2 推廣優惠於2001年4月1日至2001年6月30日期間生效（下稱「優惠期」）。"
2. 修訂以下「亞洲 及歐洲 推廣優惠」之特別條款，由2001年4月1日起生效。
特別條款1.2所載的內容將被刪除，並由下列條款替代：
"1.2 推廣優惠於2001年4月1日至2001年4月30日期間生效（下稱「優惠期」）。"
