LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20 of Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS) Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited ('the Company') hereby publishes the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services with effect from 11th April 2001.

This service is subject to the General Conditions of Service of the Company.

publishes the revised tariff of its following service with effect from 23rd
April 2001.

固定電訊網絡服務牌照
電訊條例(第一O六章)
根據固定電訊網絡服務牌照之服務總則第二十條(二)規定，香港電話有限公司(以下簡稱"公司")謹此公佈下列電訊服務之收費、服務條款及條件，並於二零零一年四月二十日起提供下列服務。
服務詳情
Datapak ATM 622 服務
此項服務以標準型異步傳輸模式(ATM)用戶網絡介面(UNI) ，向客戶提供接駁服務。接駁服務速度每秒為622兆比特。 (註1)
收費
a) 端口 - 安裝、遷移及重新配置

c) PVC 及 SVC 頻寬服務與 Datapak ATM 155 同一收費。
註
1. 提供服務的介面規格如下:
- ITU-T I.432 或 ATM Forum 3.0/3.1 (622兆比特 OC12c)
- 以單一光纖模式接駁
- CBR (固定比特速度) 或 VBR (不同比特速度)格式
- 永久虛擬線路或交換式虛擬線路連接
2. 為了計算鏈路距離，採用四個預先選定的地點 (Point of Present (PoP)，地點如下:
(i) 金鐘機樓 : 中環金鐘道力寶大樓 (ii) 黃大仙機樓 : 黃大仙睦鄰街十九號 (iii) 東區電訊大廈 : 銅鑼灣禮頓道三十八至四十號 (iv) 葵涌機樓 : 葵涌國端路一百四十五至一百五十九號 鏈路距離是按照客戶住所與鏈路終點的機樓之間光纖路由的實際長度計算。
3. 在一般情況下，每一ATM 端口支援最多六十四條虛擬線路 (PVC + SVC) ，視附綱絡資源情況，可提供高於六十四條虛擬線路。
但一百二十八條虛擬線路及二百五十六條虛擬線路服務選項之提供， 須由公司與客戶之最終協議決定。
服務條款
1. 此項服務須受公司服務總則的條件及公眾數據網的特別條款限制。
2. 在網絡資源足夠及正常情況下，例如事先在客戶樓宇及香港電話機樓之間已安裝備用光纖設備 ，三個月內即可提供服務，否則，將按照客戶與公司同意的時間，提供此項服務。
